How your jobs are chosen
The plan weighs current evidence, timing and existing work before adding something new.

A planning pass reads the garden’s trees, Almanac, house rules, observations and recent work, then weighs what is appropriate now. Current weather helps with timing, but a forecast alone is not evidence that a tree needs treatment.
Read the job before doing it
Open a job to see its instructions, timing and reason. Focused inspection jobs ask you to record the finding so later advice has evidence to work from. Advice may be corrected or withdrawn when evidence changes.
Your list and calendar
Use the list or calendar view on Tasks. The calendar offers month, week and agenda views; work without a chosen date is kept visible in its unscheduled area. Open a job to choose or change a day when that is the appropriate next step.
A date you choose and work you create stay yours. The app should preserve grower-controlled work while reconciling its own recommendations. Mark work done only when you have actually done it, and record the result where the job asks for one.
The new-job limit and Grower’s Note explain how the current list fits the wider plan.
