Notifications and email
Choose which messages you receive and give the phone permission when you want push reminders.

Open Settings to manage the notification options offered for your account. Email messages can include planning updates, due-work reminders, feature guidance and account or billing information.
On the phone, push reminders also need operating-system permission and a successful device registration. If setup reports a problem, read that result and check device notification settings; a switch alone is not proof that a reminder can be delivered.
Use the preference controls or the unsubscribe link supplied by an optional message. Important account and billing messages have a different purpose from optional guidance.
A reminder is an invitation to check current work. Open the app and read the saved job and timing before acting, especially if the garden or forecast has changed.
